Need help with an outboard Mercury?

I have a 1974 Mercury 9.8 hp 110 posts intermittently. Simply "turned off" at any speed (at random), and usually with a hamstring injury to start ResArtis. The objective of the fuel remains difficult, I must restart the pump motor. Seems to be a little worse because it's executing. In my humble opinion, it feels like a power cut-out (I am technician car engine to understand, but not much experience with outboard motors) has all new lines and the bulb pump fuel, plugs and new items? (dealer installed thought CDI) Runs great otherwise, just stop randomly to down without notice. Any help would be appreciated, TIA! The number is 3448025 #.

In the 74 is a leading manufacturer of IGN, and I think you know Monday insurance IGN and give you more information. IGN has had 3 different back then.
