How do I get an adapter if a motherboard has a 6 pin power connector?

If you look at this motherboard it has a 24 pin power connector but then it also has a 8 pin power connector plug. My PSU only has a 4 pin power plug, is there an adapter for an 8 pin power plug or will I have to get another PSU?
Some boards will operate with the compatibility mode (plug in your 4-pin PSU connector to the appropriate pins to the 8-pin mobo connector.
