I want to use a naked block Chevy and put all the components ( ie head, intake, exhaust, starter, etc.) for my Mercruiser to fix in my boat because of a cracked block. I can do? Will I Have Questions? (In other words, the placement of the engine mounting block strong enough, etc.)
Yes u can use the power (to find a LT) and use bolt ONN the original engine to make sure the harvest party. The only problem is the camshaft, a cam crushing of the car is as close. Replace cap and base metals use seamless steel. Mercruiser GM buy these engines, just nothing special MCM build to specifications.
