Is it better value to go to Mexico or the Bahamas / Caribbean from the east coast?
I am a student trying to stretch dollars + for a week long trip. When the best time to go? What should I expect to pay? I am originally from Philadelphia. Any link with quotations price would be appreciated!
Hi I am from Philly too. The airport is looking for COL. But if you fly to Newark (EWR), you can get a cheaper price, and add transport costs to see if it makes a difference. Normally, the coast is a journey the Bahamas and the Caribbean are less expensive because it is closer. But swine flu now in place, Mexico has very cheap deals to attract people to return. I think Orbitz has some of the best deals. If you need a hotel room and also flight + hotel search and find better offers a package. Also try clicking on the dates on''flexible for better prices. If not, try to find a hotel for a vacation rental low prices to other sites like Craigslist. Good luck:)
