How can I test my system 24V motor drag?

Originally bought a battery meter 4 / Tester Bass Pro has a line # 1 - # 4. I want to know how the juice that I have in my two deep discharge and from the battery of my total of 3 batteries in my boat. My idea departure was to launch a set of cables # 1 and # 2 for each battery to deep discharge. Run # 3 to the starter battery. Battery Cable # 4 is not used, obviously. That way I could test each battery individually by turning the battery chosen. But then I started thinking. Did I buy the electricity meter Battery 2 / tester instead? Hook a test battery and boot one for the 24v system? By putting the positive lead from the battery to deep discharge and the negative cable from the battery to another. if it is a digital voltage tester which tells the rounding to tenth or one hundredth that it will work.
